Interface Modules

Production of Interface Modules and accessories is accomplished via in-house operations that includes design, development, planning and purchasing, assembly, soldering, test and packaging.

Xybol Interlynks provides industry standard interface modules including D-Sub, ribbon cable, DIN 41612, RJ 11 & 45, and relay socket modules.

Custom modules are our specialty. They can often be justified for small quantities. Private labeling and application specific solutions are just a phone call away.

 

Terminal Blocks

Xybol's European Style Terminal Blocks are offered in fixed, pluggable, and multi-tier configurations.

Versions include molded 2-24 poles in spacing of 0.100" to 10.16mm with ratings for dry circuits to 32A @ 750VAC. UL, CSA, VDE, and CE approvals are provided.

All products utilize cage-clamp screw terminals. The cage-clamp design is recognized as the most reliable discrete-to-board wiring termination available.

All products are 100% mechanically and electrically continuity tested during the fully automated manufacturing process.

Wire & Cable Assemblies

Cables & Cable assemblies are designed in-house. Manufacturing is matched to a number of cost-effective locations depending on the required technology. Locations include California and Massachusetts USA, mainland China, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
