(Ipswich, MA) Xybol Interlynks, Inc. introduces a complete family of over-molded Dsub (D-subminiature) Cable Assemblies for the Industrial Marketplace.

Over-molding provides higher reliability and lower costs than common Dsub cans or back shells.

The over-mold process seals the connector-wire interface, provides mechanical strength and strain relief for the cable/ connector interface and reduces end customer assembly time, costs, and errors. 

Xybol Dsub cables are offered with standard 9, 15, 25, & 37 position male or female and 15, 26, 44 & 62 position high-density connectors. All are available in straight and right angle molds in a variety of colors and wire sizes. Numerous mounting options are available including with or without thumbscrews.

Cabling can be provided with aluminum-mylar foil or braided shields or combinations of both.

Xybol can combine your Dsub cabling with many of their other common connectors to provide you with a cost-effective solution to your wiring needs. Other common connectors include IDC, Centronic, Ribbon, Circular and Mini DIN, Mod plugs, PCMCIA, & USB connectors.
